Prescription drug forum set July 17

A local forum to discuss prescription drugs and other issues concerning senior citizens is coming to the Forest Lake Senior Center. The forum is being offered by Sen. Paul Wellstone and Mark Anderson, senior advisor and policy liaison for the senator.

The upcoming local session is set for 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 17 at the Forest Lake Senior Center, 767 SW 4th St. A series of like forums at senior citizen centers will take place in the metro through September. Along with prescription drugs, the forums will discuss Social Security and other issues for seniors.
