Posted: 6/12/02 CSF awards more than $30,000Now in its 29th year of providing scholarship help to deserving students, the Community Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $30,000 in help this year to Forest Lake Area High School graduating seniors and residents of the community. The Community Scholarship Foundation was established for the sole purpose of assisting individuals who are planning on attending a university or technical college. The scholarship selection committee pays special attention to applicants who have contributed their time and talents to the school and community. Scholarship applicants for 2002 are as follows: Kathryn Benson- $500, Tabitha Berglund- $500, Joseph Birkholz- $500, Rachel Blake - $550 (Maynard Peterson Award) Carley Bohnen - $500, Emily J. Carlson - $500, Jason Cole- $500, Jenna Coleman - $500. Jacob Deraad - $500, Tracy Diehl- $500, Sara Fahnhorst - $500, Emily Fellows-Ý $1,000 (Hallberg Award), ÝKristi Forsythe- $1,000 (Hallberg Award), Benjamin Hanson - $500, Jennifer Hoff- $500.
