PHYLLIS L. BASS

Phyllis L. Bass, 79, Forest Lake, died Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2002, at Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center, Wyoming.

A private family service will take place.

She is survived by husband of 59 years, Paul; sons, Greg (Donna) and John (Darcie); four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and nephew, Donald (Marion) Orton, Lakeville.
