Wayne Stutelberg, 77, Woodbury, former director of special education in ISD 831, died on Tuesday, Sept. 10 in Woodbury.

A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14 at King of Kings Lutheran Church, Woodbury. A complete death notice will appear next week.
