FL License Center will have new hours on Sept. 2

New hours, including service on Saturday, will start in September at the Forest Lake License Center at Northland Mall, 1432 S. Lake St. (US-61). Effective Tuesday, Sept. 2, all Washington County license center locations will be open the following hours: Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon. ìThe two biggest changes are the addition of Saturday hours at the Woodbury and Forest Lake locations and the later opening time of 9 a.m. each morning at all three locations,î said Kevin Corbid, director of Assessment, Taxpayer Services and Elections. ìWe believe that opening all three centers on Saturday will provide more convenient hours for our customers. Also, by opening later each morning, we will be able to better staff our front counters to minimize wait times for customers.î For information on the local change, call 651-430-8280.
