Shirlie Withrow, 64, Lino Lakes, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband David. She is survived by children LeRoy (Darlene) Magnuson, Charles (Amy) Magnuson, Sonya (Kevin) Loebrick; grandchildren Jessica, Matt, Cassie, Erik, Andrew, Annie, Eva, and Wren; and several siblings.
