Moen places 32nd at alpine state

Forest Lake senior Ryan Moen closed out his alpine skiing career for the Rangers with a 32nd-place finish at the 2003 Minnesota State High School League Championships on Thursday, Feb. 13, at Giants Ridge in Biwabik.

Moen finished with a combined time of 1:34.32, which included a time of :35.90 on his second and final run.

St. Thomas Academy senior Nelson Carlson won the individual title with a combined time of 1:03.81 and Michael Holmberg of Benilde-St. Margaretís was second with a time of 1:04.93.
