Seven men have filed for three open seats on the Wyoming Town Board of Supervisors.

Up for a three year term for Seat A are Larry Parker and Lou Sibik. Parker recently was appointed to fill the seat left vacant by Mike Peterson, who resigned. Sibek also is familiar on the scene and has run for the board in the past.

Filing for a three year term on Seat A are incumbent Donald Waller, Gene Patrin and Roger Elmore.

Gene Patrin has a long record of service with the township. He served on the board before being defeated by Supervisor Scott Walberg in the last election.

Roger Elmore is new to political scene in Wyoming Township.

Filing for the one year term for Seat D are Jeffrey Eiffler and Richard Berglund. Eiffler is the incumbent, being appointed to fill the seat left vacant by Robert DuCharme.

The election is Tuesday, March 11. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The annual meeting, in which residents vote on the budget, among other items, begins after the polls close.

Meetings

The Wyoming Town Board of Supervisors regularly meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Wyoming Town Hall. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday.
