Fairview Auxiliary seeks Love Lights tree donations

Donations to the 2003 Fairview Lakes Regional Auxiliary Love Lights Tree program are now being accepted. The fund-raising drive will culminate with a tree lighting ceremony at 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7 at Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center in Wyoming. Anyone may donate one or more lights for the Love Lights tree. The names of those honored or memorialized and the donorís name are recorded in a memory album displayed near the chapel at the medical center.

Love Lights donation forms are available at the medical center and at Fairview Lakes satellite clinics in North Branch, Chisago City, Rush City and Lino Lakes. Forms should be filled out and mailed to the address shown or returned to the information desk near the main entrance at Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center marked to the attention of the auxiliary. Names submitted before Friday, Nov. 28 will be recorded in the program distributed at the Dec. 7 ceremony. Love Lights donations are welcome throughout the year. To participate in the Love Lights program, send $10 for each person to be honored to: Love Lights, Fairview Lakes Regional Auxiliary, 5200 Fairview Blvd., Wyoming, MN 55092. When making a donation, identify the person honored, and supply the name, address, and telephone number of the donor or anyone who should be notified of the gift.
