Hearing on ATV use set Oct. 21

The Washington County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21 in the County Board Room in the Washington County Government Center, 14949 62nd Street N., Stillwater. The public hearing will consider a county ordinance to ban all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in the rights of way of all county roads and county state aid highways. Questions concerning the proposed ordinance should be directed to Don Theisen, county engineer, Washington County Department of Transportation and Physical Development, 651-430-4300.
