More math meetings scheduled

The math department and curriculum department of Forest Lake Area Schools is continuing a series of parent information meetings. There are two sessions remaining for elementary math meetings. Both to be at the Central Learning Center, Room C8 from 7-8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 21 (Experience a Standards-based elementary math lesson similar to those taught in grades K-6) and Thursday, Nov. 6 (What do we know? What have we learned? What questions do we still have?) The 7th and 8th grade math parent night for Southwest Junior High School is Tuesday, Oct. 21 from 7-8 p.m. A meeting for parents of grades 9-12 students enrolled in integrated math courses will take place Thursday, Nov. 20, from 7-8 p.m. at the Forest Lake High School Media Center.
