Temte announces retirement as chief

As a second item of business for the Wyoming City Council Tuesday night, Mayor Vern Haag announced the city of Wyoming has received a notice of retirement from Police Chief Mike Temte, Temte's letter dated was dated Wednesday, Sept. 24. There were no other details released at the time of the meeting Tuesday night.
