Katie L. Lewis, 19, North Branch, died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2003.

A funeral service will be Friday, Oct. 10 at Abundant Life Church, 6486 Elm St., North Branch, with interment at Oakhill Cemetery, North Branch.

She is survived by father Doug Lewis; mother Renee Lewis and friend Rod LaValla; brother Daniel; sisters Shannon (Ron) Huberty, and Kell Lewis; nieces Mariah and Savanna Huberty; many other relatives, and friends.
