JoAnn D. Dufrense, 74, Kansas City, MO, formerly of Forest Lake, died Wednesday, August 25, 2004.

A funeral service was Tuesday, Aug. 31 at St. Patrickís Catholic Church with inurnment in Resurrection North Cemetery planned for today, Thursday, Sept. 2. In lieu of flowers, the family recommends donations to the church.

She is survived by her husband Norman; daughters Lynne Dufresne, Los Angeles, CA, Lora Koontz, Kansas City, MO, and Jean Dufresne, Kansas City, MO; sons Mark Dufresne, Seattle, WA, and Bruce Dufresne, Kansas City, MO; brothers Kenneth Houle, Sacramento, CA, Tom Houle, Sioux Falls, SD and Dave Houle, Hawaii; sister Barbara Gaughan, Lindstrom; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews.
