Educational services coordinator pay set

Contract terms for the position of educational services coordinator in ISD 831 are now set. The school board on Aug. 5 approved the contract for a two-year period. The district level employee will earn $90,415 in the 2003-2004 school year and $93,986 in the current 2004-2005 school year. The standard benefit package includes 12 paid holidays, 25 days of paid vacation each year, 18 days of paid sick leave each year, severance pay, a matching 403B plan and group health, medical and dental insurance. The administrator is also eligible for up to $3000 in pay for performance based on the superintendentís or designeeís assessment of performance, but is not considered a part of the continuing contract.
