Wyoming comp plan session Monday

A community workshop to discuss plans for the update of Wyoming Townshipís comprehensive plan is scheduled 7 p.m., Monday, April 19 at St. Paul Lutheran Church Social Hall, 5879 Wyoming Trail in Wyoming. The meeting will be hosted by the Wyoming Township Citizensí Advisory Committee and the University of Minnesotaís Center for Rural Design. The workshop will present alternative development concepts and ask for public consensus on design principles and a preferred development scenario for the township. Purpose of the workshop is to gather citizen input that will affect the comprehensive plan and future zoning ordinances. The meeting is a chance for the public to voice opinions about appropriate areas for change and development in the township.
