Posted: 4/21/04 Northern Lights Car shows start May 5
Members of the Northern Lights Car Club are putting a shine to their pride and joys in preparation for the spring and summer cruise-in night in Forest Lake. The club will begin its 2004 season on Wednesday, May 5 from 6-9 p.m. at Culverís, 1007 W. Broadway Ave. The club is planning two cruise-in nights on the first and third Wednesday each month from May through September. The events are free and all area antique and classic vehicle owners are welcome to take part. All car shows are from 6-9 p.m. The car club will meet on the first Wednesday of the month at Culverís. On the third Wednesday of each month the cruise-in will take place in the Wal-Mart parking lot, 200 SW 12th St. The first Wal-Mart cruise-in is slated Wednesday, May 19.
