GERALD COLLYARD

Gerald ìJerryî Collyard, 68, Forest Lake died Wednesday, March 31, 2004.

A memorial service will be Sunday, April 18, at 3 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 19025 N. Forest Blvd, Forest Lake, with burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

He is preceded in death by his parents Ginare and Eleanor Collyard; son Joseph Paul; and wife Rosa. He is survived by his children Jerry Collyard, Mike (Cyrell) Collyard, David (Diane) Collyard, Tisha (Brett) Bergerson; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Larry (Celia) Collyard; niece Cathryne Walz and her son Matthew, many friends and relatives.
