Spanish school meeting tonight

Lakes International Language Academy, a public Spanish-immersion charter school opening Tuesday, Sept. 7 in Forest Lake, continues to take applications for remaining seats. Students entering 1st and 2nd grade are encouraged to submit applications now. All Minnesota elementary students may apply, including students residing outside the Forest Lake Area School District. The school charges no tuition. A parent information session will take place at 7 p.m. tonight (Thursday) at the schoolís new location in the former District Memorial Hospital building, 246 SE 11th Ave. in Forest Lake.
