Date set for Wyoming annexation trial

The date has been set for the beginning of the annexation trial involving some 5000 acres of Wyoming Township to Chisago City. The trial will start on Nov 8, township officials announced this week. The trial should last approximately one week. There will be a public comment portion of the trial which will probably take place one of the evenings of that week. The trial is tenatively scheduled to take place at the Chisago City Community Center, located at 10825 Lake Blvd, the same place as the March 8 meeting The administrative law judge for the trail will be Kathleen Sheehy.
