Douglas E. Johnson, Sr., 55, Forest Lake, died Saturday, July 31, 2004

A funeral service will be Friday, Aug. 6, at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 5, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.Ý Burial at Scandinavian Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his mother Phyllis and sister Joan.Ý He is survived by wife, Christine; children Julie (Corey) Johnson, Doug E. Jr., Jolleen Johnson; grandchildren Eric, Hailee, Nicole, Forest, Brooke;Ý father Edward; sister Linda (Ken) Vincent; brothers Marty (Mary) Johnson, Dennis (Mary) Johnson; many nieces, nephews and friends.Ý
