Richard Frank Holtzbauer, 70, Forest Lake, died Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2004

A breakfast celebration will be Monday, Aug. 9, at the Scandia Community Center, 14727 209th Street, Scandia, from 7-10 a.m.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joesph and Gladys Holtzbauer, Sr.; son John Frank; brothers Joesph Jr. and Philip Charles Holtzbauer.Ý He is survived by wife, Carol Marie; son Richard James Holtzbauer; daughter Suzanne Marie (Chad) Zimmer; grandchildren Holly Marie and John Joseph Zimmer; sister Judy (Tony) Ruffcorn; nephews Dale, Jeff and Bob Ruffcorn and families; and niece Rebecca Jo Holtbauer.
