Henkel elected to state board

Dan Henkel, owner of Professional Massage Therapy Associates in Forest Lake, has been elected vice president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Medical Massage Therapy Association. Henkel, a licensed massage therapist, was elected to the board in late summer. The purpose of the AMMTA in Minnesota is to create a peer group of medically based massage therapists, define a code of ethics, provide training in the medical massage field and protect the rights of massage therapists in Minnesota. Henkel also assists the head of the legal committee at the state level. Henkelís Professional Massage Therapy Associates is located in the Forest Lake Professional Building, 1068 S. Lake St.
