I-35 crash in FL claims life

A 30-year-old man was killed Wednesday night when his vehicle left northbound I-35 in Forest Lake and struck a power pole, the Minnesota State Patrol said. The crash happened at 7:35 p.m. one-half mile north of TH-97. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the vehicle was traveling in the right lane when it left the roadway and struck the power pole, killing the driver. The victim, whose name has not been released pending notification of relatives, was alone in the vehicle, the State Patrol said.
