Car rolls on icy CR-15 last Friday

Icy road conditions Friday morning led to a roll-over accident on CR-15 (Manning Trail N.) just south of TH-97 in New Scandia Township. The driver, Natasha Osborn, 17, of Forest Lake escaped with minor injuries. She was treated and released at the scene to her father. Osborn was heading southbound when she lost control of the vehicle, hit the embankment on the opposite side of the road and rolled twice. She was wearing her seat belt, according to Washington County Sheriff's Deputy Mike Petrey. The accident is one of many to occur on area roads this winter thanks to snow and below-zero temperatures. ó Bill Coleman
