MARION A. PELTIER

Marion Agnes Peltier, 69, of Forest Lake, formerly of Hugo died Friday, Jan. 9, 2004.

She graduated from Humbolt High School in South St. Paul, Class of 1952. She married Eugene M. Peltier on April 14, 1956 at St. John the Baptist in Hugo. They lived and owned several businesses in Hugo, most notably the Blacksmith Lounge.Ý Following their retirement they made their home in Forest Lake where she taught ceramics.ÝÝ Marion lived with her daughter Sue and son-in-law Kevin on their farm in Scandia until her death.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Martha (Heinze) Zaspel and her husband Eugene.Ý Survived by five children:Ý Suzanne (Kevin) Nickelson, Joseph (Jennifer), Jeff (Karen), John (Sharene) Steve and five grandchildren:Ý Sara, Trent, Michelle, Nicole, Nick, and sister, Joan Jungkunz and her five children.Ý A gathering of friends and family will be held Sunday, January 18th from 1-4PM at the home of Sue and Kevin Nickelson -Ý 11262 Scandia Trail, Scandia. Burial will follow at a later date at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Hugo.

In Lieu of flowers family request memorials be sent to the Hospice Program at Fairview Medical Center, Wyoming.
