Jan. 25 is final day for tree drop site

Sunday, Jan. 25 is the final day for the city of Forest Lake Christmas tree disposal program. The city has designated the city garage at 843 4th St SW as its official tree drop location this year. The drop site will be available through Sunday, Jan. 25 for discarded trees. The site will be open daily for tree disposal. There is no charge for tree disposal. All tinsel, wires and metal must be removed from trees. For more information, call Forest Lake City Hall at 651-464-3550. Information listed in previous publications was provided incorrectly by Washington County.
