Program explains services for elderly

A program that explains programs and services offered by Washington County is now airing on local cable television public access channels. Services that can assist the elderly and their caregivers is the theme of the one-hour cable program ìElderly Services in Washington County.î The show focuses on programs offered by Human Services Inc.Ý(HSI) including Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Services, Transporter Services, Circle of Friends and Senior Companions. The program features: Roxanne Emerson, director of resources for Eldercare and Transportation at HSI; Doris Foster and Vernon Foster; Marguerite Rheinberger, program producer and co-host; and District 1 Washington County Commissioner Dennis Hegberg of Forest Lake, co-host.
