Sports physicals

Fairview Lakes Regional Health Care will offer low-cost sports screening physicals for student athletes on Mondays, July 19, 26, and August 2. Pre-registration is required for these physicals. Cost is $25 paid at the time of the screening. (Receipts will be provided for those who wish to file an insurance claim.)

Sports physical screening sessions are scheduled from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Chisago City, Wyoming and North Branch, and from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lino Lakes.
