Madden, Joselyn win in Scandia

Incumbents Nancy Madden and Blair Joselyn retained their seats on the New Scandia Town Board on Tuesday. Madden won reelection to Seat 1 with a 223-86 victory over challenger Michael White. In the Seat 2 race, Joselyn won the contest by defeating Ron Savino, 222-80. This was Joselyn's first election bid. He was appointed to the town board last year following the death of Supervisor Paul Rasmussen. A little more than 300 Scandia citizens voted in Tuesday's election.
