Vandeveer, Bachmann will visit area on Saturday

District 52A State Rep. Ray Vandeveer, R-Forest Lake, and District 52 Sen. Michele Bachmann, R-Stillwater, have announced they will host a series of town meetings on Saturday. The two lawmakers have announced the following schedule: Scandia Town Hall 9 a.m.; Centerville City Hall, 10:30 a.m; Forest Lake City Hall, noon; Columbus Town Hall: 1:30 p.m.; and Linwood Town Hall: 3 p.m. Bachmann and Vandeveer will be available to update area residents on progress of the current legislative session and answer questions from the public.
