Police arrest man who fled to swamp

Forest Lake officer Jake Ayers, right, and Woodbury canine officer Jeff Gottstein, center, search Robert Morley, 40, of Forest Lake, after he was apprehended following a 90 minute search on Tuesday. Morley, who was wanted on a felony DWI warrant in Washington County, fled to the swampy area south of the old hospital building after police in Forest Lake attempted to pick him up at a Woodlund Mobile Home Court residence. Police from the area and a Minnesota State Patrol helicopter assisted with the apprehension. The chase was brought to a close around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday.
