Obituary - Posted: 10/13/04 DEANE L. CONKLIN, JR.Deane L. Conklin, Jr., 80, Forest Lake, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2004. A funeral service was Tuesday, Oct. 12, at Forest Lake Christian Church, Forest Lake, with burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his parents Deane and Beatrice Conklin; first wife Mary Kovach; and sisters Marjorie Clements and Dorothy Crane. He is survived by his wife Florence; children Deane (Joan) Conklin, Barbara Conklin (Tom) Penn, Mary Louise Conklin; grandchildren Patrick John Conklin, Rory Deane Voeks; three step children; 10 step grandchildren; nine step great-grandchildren; sisters Beatrice Conklin and Virginia Cope. |
