Marcia M. Ochsenbauer
Marcia Marie (Gunia) Ochsenbauer, 36, Forest Lake, entered into Eternal Life with God on August 2nd, 2005. Born on October 14, 1968, to Leon and JoAnn Gunia.
Preceded in death by her grandparents Jacob and Alvina Huber, Thomas and Stephania Gunia. Marcia was a faithful servant of God, beloved wife, devoted mother of three and insightful spiritual leader to both family and friends. She also was a homemaker; home schooling parent; loving, compassionate friend; NICU nurse and an aerobics instructor.
Survived by husband, Thomas; children, Zachary, Michael, Christina; parents, brothers, Marc (Sheryl), Monte (Kendra), Mike (Terri), Myles (Valerie); sister Shelly (Steve) Schoen; loving in-laws, and many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Marcia is a beautiful soul who was always willing to listen to those in need, offer consoling words and provide gentle guidance toward the Kingdom of Heaven. At the time of her death, she was surrounded by her family and friends.
Visitation 5-8 PM, Thursday, Aug 4 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Rosary recited at 7:30 PM on Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM, Friday, Aug 5 at St. Peters Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Rosary at St. Peterís at 9:45 AM. Memorials may be directed to the family.
