Nancy C. Jensen, 79, Forest Lake, died Saturday, July 30, 2005.
A funeral service was Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 11 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Memorials preferred to the National Parkinson Foundation.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jim. She is survived by her children Randi (Dan) Cragg, Chris (Elm) Nelson, Jim Jensen (Jane Estelle), Leslie (Phil) Honisch, Libby (Ned) Bergerson; grandchildren John, Katie, Anne, Peter and Molly; cousins Barb and Chick; nieces Barbara, Sharon and Carol; the loving care attendants and staff at Meadows on Fairview and her many friends.
