A one-vehicle rollover on northbound I35E just south of the I-35E-35W split late Wednesday, Jan. 26 in Anoka County claimed the life of a Forest Lake man.
The Minnesota State Patrol said John O. Tuller, 43, of 156 South Shore Drive, was killed when he lost control of his 2004 Pontiac Grand Am.
According to the State Patrol, Tullerís vehicle crossed from the left lane to the right-side ditch where it rolled over once and hit a tree. Tuller, who was alone in the car, was ejected from the driverís side window.
He was dead at the scene, officials said. The accident was reported at mile post 127 at 11:21 p.m.

City of Forest Lake police arrested two men Sunday afternoon as store employees at Northern Tool & Equipment, 119 SW 12th St., were able to thwart an attempt to return stolen merchandise.
Police were called at 2:50 p.m. after the store said a man was attempting to return a $95 ratchet set allegedly stolen from a different Northern store.
Police arrested Stephen R. McChesney, 43, of Minneapolis, on probable cause misdemeanor theft and giving false information to a police officer. He was also held for a warrant from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
Police also arrested an accomplice, Jay A. Johnstone, 41, of Brooklyn Center, who was waiting in a car outside the store. Johnstone was issued misdemeanor citations for driving after revocation, expired license plate tabs, open bottle and no proof of insurance, police said.
A female passenger in the car was released without charges, police said.
