For the Class of 2005, school is history
Class of 2005 member Hayley Miller, at left, received a handshake of congratulations from Forest Lake High School faculty member Dan Forsythe at the schoolís commencement ceremonies last Thursday. The event was held in the high school gym and included performances by the high school band and senior class musicians. Chosen by the senior class, teacher Henry Hebert delivered this yearís commencement address entitled ìThe Curse of Freedom.î Senior class representatives also spoke at the ceremony. Nickie Cobyís speech was named ìAn Unsung and Unknown Hero: The Guide.î Joel Partykaís words came from his work ìThe Mighty Morphiní Forest Lakersî and Sammie Sheets presented ìNot Your Average Advice.î For more photos and stories on graduation, see pages 1A-2A.
