Dan S. Berczyk, 17, Ham Lake, died Saturday, June 4, 2005.
He was preceded in death by his mother and sister. He is survived by his father Joe Berczyk; brothers Joey Berczyk and Josh Herbest; paternal grandparents Robert and Barbara Bodine; maternal grandparents Sandy and Jack Northrup; great-grandmother Carol Darwin; several other family and friends.
A funeral service was Wednesday, June 8, at 7 p.m. at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation was 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., today, Thursday to process to the cemetery.
