FL area residents rally for education
A delegation of close to 50 educators, administrators and parents rode the bus to St. Paul to lobby legislators for improved funding for public schools. Capitol estimates said a crowd of close to 6000 gathered for the rally. Here, M.P. The rally comes as officials in the Forest Lake school district make plans to cut spending by $1.5 million for the 2005-2006 school year.
