Cookies for the troops
Thanks to the efforts of veterans at VFW Post 4210 in Forest Lake, troops stationed in Iraq will receive a large shipment of Girl Scout cookies. With the help of Jennifer Corner of a Brownie Troop in Stacy, the VFW purchased 100 boxes of the treats and had them shipped overseas. Post manager Keith Hegstrom and Corner work on packing the cookies for mailing at the Forest Lake Post Office.
