The Forest Lake City Council approved awarding Kern, DeWenter, Viere, of Minneapolis, with a one-year auditing contract for 2005 with two one-year extension options at its Monday, Oct. 24 regular meeting. The city received proposals from five firms for the contract and approved Kern, DeWenter, Viere's $29,500 proposal.
