District 52 State Sen. Michele Bachmann, R-Stillwater, will be the guest speaker at the next meeting of the Lakes Area Business Association, noon, Wednesday, 21 at the Cornerstone Restaurant in Wyoming. Bachmann is running for Congress in the Sixth District. Bachmann will speak on new legislation that she and Rep. Ray Vandeveer are proposing regarding use of eminent domain.
