Military, family honor Army Pvt. 1st Class Elden Arcand
With a large contingent of military personnel and friends and family on hand to say goodbye, Army PFC Elden D. Arcand, 22, was laid to rest Friday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Arcand, a 2001 Forest Lake High School graduate, was killed in Iraq Aug. 21 in a truck rollover accident.
