Blake Tiedeman, appointed as a Wyoming City Council member when Alan Juneau resigned earlier this year, was elected on Sept. 7 to complete the term which ends Dec. 31, 2008. Tiedeman was the only candidate who filed for election in the special city vote. A total of 122 city residents cast votes. Tiedeman received 55 of those votes. Write-in candidate Jeremy Davis received 21 votes. Gary Menne received 38 votes. There was at least one write-in vote for other individuals. Listed alphabetically they were; Max Anderson, Neil Gatzow (former mayor), Lynn Koalska, Sandy Standridge and CharlesYeager.
