Wyoming woman killed in 2-car collision near Stark
A two-car collision claimed the life of a Wyoming woman on April 1, on CR-10 near Crown Dr. in Fish Lake Township, according to a press release from the Chisago County Sheriffís Office.
Pamela Ann Hassler, 45, of Wyoming, was killed when a car traveling westbound struck the vehicle she was riding in head-on.
Hasslerís husband, Terrance Jerome Hassler, 48, of Wyoming, was driving.
The driver attempting to pass another vehicle, Robert Wesley Brown, 18, of Cambridge, struck the Hasslerís vehicle.
Terrance Hassler, Brown and a passenger in the Brown vehicle, Marcus Vernon Loger, 21, of North Branch, were taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul.
The crash occurred in a section of road that was labeled as a no passing area with a speed limit of 45 mph.
All involved were wearing safety belts.
As of Tuesday, April 11, the Chisago County Attorney could not be reached for information on the possible charges against Brown.
