Tom Leonard, 67, Forest Lake, Wednesday, April 5, 2006.
A funeral service was at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 12, at St. Peterís Catholic Church, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake, with interment in Oak Park Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by parents, Tom and Sophie Leonard. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ann; children, Wade (Debby), Lori (Burnell) Olson, Thomas (Donna); ten grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers, Jerry (Janet), Mark (Joann), and John (Joanne).
