Work begins on county center, library in FL

Heavy equipment was hard at work on Monday as Washington County began site work for its new North Government Center that will house county services in Forest Lake and a new library location. Crews were at work on the north end of the Forest Lake Community Center site south of N. 202nd St. and west of US-61. The county annex and library will open in 2007. (Photo By Cliff Buchan)
