District 52A State Rep. Ray Vandeveer, R-Forest Lake, has scheduled a series of town hall meetings for this Saturday. The meetings are an opportunity for area residents to meet with the state lawmaker. The town hall meeting schedule is as follows: 9 a.m., Scandia Town Hall; 10:15 a.m., Hugo City Hall; 11:15 a.m., Centerville City Hall; 12:30 p.m., Lino Lakes City Hall; 1:45 p.m., Forest Lake City Hall; 3 p.m., Columbus Town Hall; and 4:15 p.m., Linwood Town Hall. ìI want to make sure I hear the opinions of residents across the district,î Vandeveer said. ìI encourage everyone with concerns, suggestions, or questions to attend. I often receive the best ideas from the people in this district.î
