Libraries in Chisago County are asking for public financial donations to help make up the lost hours due to decreased funding from Chisago County. The East Central Regional Library system said this week the total needed to restore lost hours is $5300 for the remaining months of 2006. Anyone wishing to make a donation can do at any of the four county libraries: Wyoming, Rush City, North Branch or Chisago Lakes. Checks may be made out to ìChisago County.î Contributions may also be sent directly to John Moosey, Chisago County Administrator, Chisago County Government Center, 313 N. Main St., Room 174, Center City, MN 55012.
