Teens held after North Shore thefts

Two teens from the Forest Lake area were arrested early Saturday morning after they were stopped by police. Items reported stolen from two Forest Lake homes in the North Shore area were recovered from their vehicle.
Police stopped a vehicle at TH-97 and North Shore Trail after a possible suspect vehicle was reported to police.
Earlier, two homes reported thefts from vehicles.
A home owner in the 9700 block of North Shore Trail N. told police two vehicles on his property were entered. A cell phone and charger and nearly 30 cassette tapes were stolen.
A second home in the 7500 block of N. 231st St. reported the theft of tools from a vehicle at his home.
After stopping the suspect vehicle, police recovered many of the items stolen from the two homes. Names of the juveniles were not released.

ïAssisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office at 12:20 a.m. Tuesday with the arrest of a man who was found inside a fenced-in area of National Recycling, 15717 Forest Blvd. N., Hugo. Forest Lake canine officer Matrix was utilized in the arrest. Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress.
ïRecovered a vehicle reported stolen from Ramsey County in the parking lot of Target, 356 SW 12th St. at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, April 2.
ïIssued citations for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana to Connor C. McCormick, 19, 21830 Iden Ave. N., Forest Lake, after police observed a vehicle parked in the Clear Lake public access at 9:56 p.m. on Sunday.
A bong and a small bag of marijuana were recovered, police said.
A passenger in the vehicle was not charged.
